Resolved Question: Speeding ticket in Hampton, Virginia?

I got pulled over the other night in Hampton, Virginia and got a ticket saying I was doing 47 in a 30. Drove through the area where I was pulled over and saw the posted speed limit is 40. I was planning on going to court to begin with because I have a 100% clean driving record with no accidents and I am 28 year old.
