[i am 20 years old i live in hampton,virginia close to virginia beach,va home of missy eliott, timbaland]ok around 9:45pm i was standing at the bus stop minding my own buisness listining to my music i ride the buses [they stop running at 8:pm on sundays] so the reason i was out there is becuase every sunday i get fresh air by just stanig at that bus stop listing to my music so 2 girls and 1 boy around 17-20 years old said hey you gotta dollar i said no and then they were like yall lets search his pockets i think they may have seen me before so i started walking away then 2 of them the boy and the girl kept following me so i walked across the street and they were still follwing me so i didnt have anything but my fist and i started swinging so i got my phone out to dail 911 and my driod was acting up bugging out going crazy i hate damn verizon so they knocked it out my hand and treid to take it both of them at one time so i got my phone but the battary fell out then the girl took my charger and threw it someone like i said it was dark this morning [i woke up and went to look for it this morning i could not find it at all now i cant call anybody] then afterwards they walked down the street and where i live its sorta close by the projects but anyway its a small club by where it happened at i tried to get the owner to call the police but he said no were deejaying i mean whats more important deejaying or someone that got beat up and almost robbed??? so i walked a little up the road oppisite where i got jumped at then i seen a yellow cab driver she stopped and called the police for me 5 minutes later to make a long story short i gave them the suspects description then 10 minutes later the po got a call sayin 4 blocks down from where it happend they got some people that fit the description i gave them they said do you want to take out and charge on them for asaault and battery i said no becuase what if it wasnt them [i mean a lot of kids hang over there but then again i dont want them to do this to anyone else what if it were them]but i didnt know if it were them id have to ride down the street and identify them then everybody comin out there houses lookin seeing whats happening this morning my friend told me you need a taser and something and tase the shit out of there ass next time!...
