She is 17, Should I just let her stay home? Im planning on getting her home schooled, but they said i have to wait 30 days, and she has to go to school until next month. She spent christmas in the hospital after she was beaten on the bus on the way home from school on the 23rd of December. She spent 3 days in the hospital due to injuries. 4 girls beat her up while 1 guy held her down and another 2 guys stopped people on the bus trying to break up the beating. All 7 people involved were suspended from school for 2 weeks. After the whole horrible innodent, she is getting threatned by kids who say they are going to finish her off. I dont know how she found her on facebook, she doesnt have any freinds at school anymore, its just me and her mother and grandparents. I dont want my daughter to be a coward, and run away from the school bullying, teasing, and the beatings. The truth is they are mad at her, because all her freinds were having sex, and she thought she wanted to have sex, she liked older guys, so she hooked up with an 18 yr old senior. She asked for sex, and he said yes. But when she was done, she regretted it, and wish she stayed a virgin, So she went to press charges, and did a self test at the hospital to prove it, We live in Hampton, Viginia. So he was arrested, and the judge gave him 6 months in prison, yanked him out of school during math class. Now it spread around school, and she thought people would understand, and instead she is being bullied and beaten. Is there a way to contact the main pubic school office in virginia, so they can let her get homeschooling right away? The local school is telling me i have to wait 30 days.
