Pursuit ends with arrest of NC man in Hampton

HAMPTON -- A man wanted for crimes in Charlottesville was arrested following a pursuit and crash on the Peninsula. A Virginia State Trooper tried to stop Michael Parker because he was illegally in the HOV lane on I-64 West, said Sgt. Michelle Anaya. He wouldn't stop and the pursuit was on.
