Man charged in wrong-way crash in Hampton that killed two

HAMPTON A Newport News man has been charged in connection with a crash on Interstate 64 that killed two people in December. Jesse Leon Evans, 33, has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, a Virginia State Police news release said.
